BUTOH pinch with Marina Epp

In this single session of July we will practise the basics in expressive dance of Butoh.
With a short training and longer module on dancing, we will work on the key concepts of: nothingness, entity and duality.
Due to the Covid restrictions only 10 places are available for the session.

Marina Epp was born in 1978 in Kyrgyzstan, former Soviet Union and emigrated to Germany when she was a child. She is living and working in Berlin since 2006.
Working professionally as media designer for image and sound, after completing her studies in communication design, she started her career as dancer and body artist in 2009. Since 2012 she is focused almost exclusively in Butoh dance. Her mentor, teacher and inspiration has been Masaki Iwana.
